Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience

The location offered amazing views. I found the breakfast delicious. It had many options to choose from. The room had all necessary amenities and boasted a superb tea selection. I particularly loved the hot water bottle provided before bed, a thoughtful touch given the cooler climate.

I noticed the heated pool didn't seem inviting. It could use some sprucing up.

The location is right on the lakefront, with fine lake views. I found the food to be fantastic. Every meal was delicious. The personalized butler service spoiled me. I had a Double Room Lake View. Its cleanliness was perfect.

The hallway noise was noticeable, as sounds easily travelled through the front door. This flimsy door offered little relief from passersby.

The staff provided very personalized service! The team was attentive and thoughtful. They were great too ensure I had everything needed and gave excellent recommendations. The Sri Lankan hospitality was warm and genuine.

Breakfast in the garden overlooking the lake is a MUST!!! The location has uninterrupted views. The entire environment promoted calm and relaxation, and the rooms provide comfort, cleanliness, and everything I needed .

The hotel is in a beautiful building. The room I had was one of just a few. The staff were attentive. The food was consistently delicious and presented well..

My big bedroom had no outside window. There was an outside door but it had glazed glass. I felt a bit trapped in the room. The swimming pool looked damp and it needed a dehumidifier.
